NEAU ONLINE STORE is now launching a reward program. Member status is set according to the amount of purchases you have made to date, and points will be awarded according to the amount of your next purchase. The points awarded can be used when shopping at NEAU ONLINE STORE.

| SILVER | 300,000 yen - 599,999 yen | 3% |
| GOLD | 600,000 yen - 999,999 yen | 5% |
| PLATINUM | From 1,000,000 yen | 7% |
Points will be awarded after the product is shipped.
*Points are valid for one year from the date they are awarded.
*The points awarded can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
By registering as a member, you will be able to use the points service.
Please note that purchases made before logging in will not be eligible for points.
Points cannot be added retroactively.
